Worldwide is a company formed in 2010 to pursue mineral assets in South East Asia with an initial focus on Indonesia. The company has formed a strong team of Industry professionals who all have excellent, proven track records in project generation, project financing, corporate governance and mine operations. Our team will implement the strategy of the Company by combining a disciplined corporate and technical approach to assessing and advancing projects.
Our current team is based in Perth Western Australia with a Geology Manager based in Indonesia. The Company can also call on the use of several highly experienced Asian based corporate advisors as required. Our team has considerable experience working in Indonesia, Asia generally and other countries placing them in a strong position to understand the issues involved in working in foreign countries and the unique challenges that arise.
The Company or one of its subsidiaries plans to list on the Australian Stock Exchange once further projects of sufficient scale and potential have been negotiated and acquired.
It is currently intended that the core management of Worldwide will continue to generate project opportunities and that an ongoing project generation company will survive with its shares being distributed for the benefit of shareholders immediately prior to the first IPO. This is intended to allow the ongoing generation of separate additional opportunities with their own IPO potential as separate entities.
